Admin & Account Officer

1) Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, and training employees; developing
personal growth opportunities.
2) Handling full set account
3) In charge of all correspondence
4) In charge of Administration
5) Conduct the meeting

Quantity Surveyor

1) Responsible for pre and contract management, monitoring materials and construction
cost,procurement, site evaluation, variation order, final account.
2) Responsible for tender costing, tender analysis and documentation and assist in negotiation with tenderers.
3) Responsible taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
4) Prepare contract documents, monitor progress and prepare progress report and claim against
client and sub-contractors.
5) Site measurement, valuation of variations and re-measurement of works.
6) Attending site evaluation and site meeting.
7) Monitor and control of project cost, evaluate contractual claims, project close-out.
8) Responsible for preparation and settlement of all final accounts
