- Report performance and highlight significant issues of delayed, productions problems and current status to management daily
- Work with PM's, Planner & Production team regarding schedule conflicts
- Coordinates solutions to any schedule issues with production control and operation teams to ensure on time delivery
- Schedule all requirements into the schedule
- Facilitates daily production meetings to supply information on the status of material and provide ship dates
- Assess risks with the schedule and communicate appropriately
- Maintain accuracy in the scheduling process
- Reviews and ensures that the production requirement dates and customer delivery schedules are in order
- Works closely with Receiving department to ensure proper supplies arrived and electronically received correctly into system
- Must be team-oriented and self-motivated, requiring participation in business unit teams with production workers, professionals and management.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interactions with diverse groups of people inside/outside of the company
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Demonstrates competencies in delegation, leadership managing people and staff development.
- Detail oriented with solid analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven negotiation skills
- Solid decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and disciplines.
- Required two to three years working in a manufacturing, preparing process instructions and supporting production.
- ISO manufacturing environment preferred.
- Tracking inventory Movement
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, will consider candidates with additional years of experience in place of having a diploma or degree.

Jawatan kosong di Johor – Senai Responsibilities:
To update Production Report, Reject Report, Offline report in the system on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
To update daily attendance, overtime record, annual leave, medical leave for manufacturing personnel.
Assist superior in all documentations, filing & data entry works.
Responsible for purchasing of Production miscellaneous items including sourcing, issuing PO and receiving.
To perform other tasks as directed by the Management. Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM
At least 2~3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent in Microsoft Windows applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
Pleasant personality, meticulous and energetic
